A very warm welcome to GroutGleam & BioSteam and once again thank you for joining our growing network.

We will now commence our internal onboarding process. To help us do this please complete the form below. You should find it’s all very straightforward. Any uncertainties please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We will be ordering your branded clothing. You will receive 2 x t-shirts, 2 x polo shirts, 1 x half zip sweatshirt and a gilet.

How do you want your personal name to appear on your business cards, flyers, website and Facebook? For example David or Dave, Phillip or Phil etc. *

Would you prefer your GroutGleam & BioSteam email addresses to start with your name or your territory name? For example “name@…” or “territory@…” *

Please confirm your personal email address as backup. *

What contact number will you use? This will be referenced on your website, Facebook page, Google business listing, business cards and flyers? Most of the network use their personal mobile. *

Can I have your permission for my insurance broker to make contact with you to arrange your first years £2M public liability insurance. For the insurance, we cannot directly pay for this, so once we approve your quote you will have to pay Coversure directly (approx £100) and we will refund you. *

Direct debit is our method of payment for your future orders and monthly management fee. This also gives you 14 days credit terms. Our payment partner, GoCardless, will always notify you ahead of any payment collection, so you’ll never be caught off guard.

When are you hoping to start? *

We will shortly start the process of creating your Facebook Business Page and begin building your social media presence. After the page has been set up we will start posting on your page. We will also start adding you to local Facebook groups and communities. CJ, our social media and graphic designer will work with you, however, he will need some input to achieve the best results. It is important that you get involved in this process as time and time again it has shown to be a successful method of promoting the business. We will create a WhatsApp group with CJ for you.
