A very warm welcome to GroutGleam and once again thank you for joining our growing network. I can confirm your signed agreement and payment has been received.

We will now commence our internal onboarding process. To help us do this please complete the form below. You should find it’s all very straightforward. Any uncertainties please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We will be ordering your branded clothing. You will receive 2 x t-shirts, 2 x polo shirts, 1 x half zip sweatshirt and a gilet.

Can I have your permission for my insurance broker to make contact with you to arrange your first years £2M public liability insurance. For the insurance, we cannot directly pay for this, so once we approve your quote you will have to pay Coversure directly (approx £100) and we will refund you. *

Direct debit is our method of payment for your future orders and monthly management fee. This also gives you 14 days credit terms. Our payment partner, GoCardless, will always notify you ahead of any payment collection, so you’ll never be caught off guard.

We will shortly start the process of creating your Facebook Business Page and begin building your social media presence. After the page has been set up we will start posting on your page. We will also start adding you to local Facebook groups and communities. CJ, our social media and graphic designer will work with you, however, he will need some input to achieve the best results. It is important that you get involved in this process as time and time again it has shown to be a successful method of promoting the business. We will create a WhatsApp group with CJ for you.
